One of the things that stopped me from keeping up with my C.B.T thought diary was having to stare at a blank word document with badly formatted text. I was sick of looking at the computer screen and being easily distracted, so I thought I'd create my own printable version. I found that putting pen to paper allowed my thoughts to spill out unfiltered and I was able to to concentrate better at the task on hand.
